The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the morning plenary session.

The presiding officer gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports, and proposals.

The Ukrainian Radical Party Leader Oleh Liashko stated the faction demands immediate adoption of the faction’s resolution drafted to cancel recent gas prices hike. Failing the passage, the faction would abstain from further voting.

After the speeches, the lawmakers proceeded with debating over the business of the day. Under consideration, there is currently a draft resolution No.8141 on parliamentary hearings over how TB epidemy in Ukraine might be brought to a halt.The bill was then defeated through lack of votes.

There was announced a 30-minute recess.

After the break, parliamentarians considered the bill No.6634 on Fam Med based primary health care. The bill work will be resumed at the next plenary sitting.
